You Say "I'm Fine" When You're Not

You've been holding it together for so long, you've forgotten what it feels like to NOT be exhausted. You're carrying the mental load, managing everyone's emotions, and making sure everything runs smoothly while running on fumes yourself. You say yes when you want to say no. You apologize for having needs. You measure your worth by an impossible standard that keeps moving every time you think you've finally done enough. And underneath it all, there's this quiet fear:"If I stop performing, if I admit I'm struggling, if I let something fall what will that say about me?"You're not alone in this.

01

What if you're already enough?

Not almost enough.
Not enough if you just try harder.
But enough—right now, as you are.
This workshop is about closing the gap between knowing that intellectually and actually believing it.In 90 minutes, you'll:
✓ Name what you're really carrying (and see how much of it was never yours)
✓ Discover the belief underneath the performance (the "if I just..." equation keeping you stuck)
✓ Choose what to put down (and give yourself permission to do it)
✓ Practice living from your inherent worth (not what you do, but who you are)
You'll leave with:
- Clarity on what's actually yours to carry (and what's not)
- Permission to say no, rest, want, and take up space
- A framework for making decisions from worth, not fear
- One simple practice to start this week
- And most importantly: relief.
The kind that comes from finally being honest about what's true.

Here's What We'll Cover

Part 1: "I'm Fine" — The PerformanceIdentify the invisible load you're carrying and the conditional worth equation you've been using to measure yourself. You'll discover:
-- What "I'm fine" is actually costing you
-- The specific ways you're performing (even when you don't realize it)
--The "if I just..." beliefs keeping you stuck
Part 2: Put It Down — The ReleaseSort through what you're carrying and decide what's actually yours.
Then discover WHY you picked it up in the first place.
You'll learn:
-- How to tell what's yours vs. what you took on
-- Why it's so hard to put things down (guilt, fear, identity)
-- The belief underneath all the carrying (and how it's connected to worth)
-- You'll choose 3 specific things to put down this week.
Part 3: "I'm Free" — The TruthLearn the real equation (intrinsic worth), what freedom actually looks like, and how to start living from it.You'll practice:
-- Rewriting your "enough" equation
--Naming the freedoms available to you when you believe you're worthy
--Speaking one truth you haven't been saying out loud

This Workshop Is For You If...

✓ You're tired of saying "I'm fine" when you're not
✓ You're carrying the invisible load and feeling like no one sees it
✓ You're constantly worried you're not doing enough / being enough
✓ You give grace to everyone else but can't extend it to yourself
✓ You want to stop performing and start living authentically
✓ You're ready to believe—really believe—that you're already worthy
This is NOT for you if:
-- You're looking for time management tips or productivity hacks
-- You want surface-level strategies without inner work
-- You're not ready to get honest about what you're carrying
This is deep work. But it's also freeing work.

I'm Dinah McBride, Certified Life Coach

I know what it's like to measure your worth by how well you hold it all together. For years, I said "I'm fine" when I wasn't. I carried the invisible load. I white-knuckled my way through overwhelm, convinced that asking for help meant I was failing. It took me seven years and a lot of inner work to finally believe what I'd known intellectually all along:
My worth wasn't tied to my performance.
Now, as a certified life coach, I help women stop performing and start living from their inherent worth—not what they do, but who they are.My approach:
--Compassionate but direct
Rooted in intrinsic worth and self-trust
--Focused on slowing down and listening inward
--Grounded in philosophy, psychology, and real life
I'm not here to give you more to do.
I'm here to help you see what you can put down.
